This Clarification Text has been prepared by ELSİ GÜÇ SİSTEMLERİ ELEKTRONİK SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“ELSİPOWER” or the “Company”) in its capacity as Data Controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, the methods of collection, legal grounds, possible data transfers, retention periods and your rights.

Within the scope of our website, communication channels, e-mail correspondence, phone calls, newsletter subscriptions and human resources applications, the following personal data may be processed:

Your personal data may be shared, in accordance with KVKK and only to the extent necessary, with the following persons, institutions and organizations:

Business partners and suppliers involved in quotation, service, maintenance, logistics and operational processes,

ELSİPOWER does not use a direct application form on its website for human resources processes. Job applications may be received when candidates voluntarily send an e-mail to elsi@elsi.com.tr.

CVs, contact details, education and work experience information submitted within this scope are processed solely for recruitment and candidate evaluation purposes. After the application process is completed, such personal data is retained for the period required under applicable legislation and our retention policies.

9. Retention of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for the period required for the purposes for which it is processed and in accordance with the legal retention periods set out under applicable legislation.

When the purpose of processing no longer exists and there is no legal obligation requiring further retention, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose,

To request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist,
To request notification of correction, deletion or destruction procedures to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
To object to any result against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
